These terms govern your use of the StudioIPTV service. By purchasing or using a subscription you accept them in full. Please read them carefully.

The service

StudioIPTV provides a subscription television service delivered over the internet. We distribute the channels and on-demand content offered through this service under licence, and we operate within the terms of those agreements.

Channel names, programme titles, logos and trade marks referred to on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used to identify the content available through our service and do not imply that StudioIPTV owns them.

Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to legitimate copyright concerns. If you believe content offered through our service is being distributed without authorisation, contact us at support@studioiptv.online with details of the content and the rights you hold, and we will investigate promptly.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.
• Your subscription is for personal, private use only. Public broadcasting, commercial use and resale are not permitted without a reseller agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing credentials beyond your plan's device limit may result in suspension without refund.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws of your country.

Internet connection

A stable connection of at least 15 Mbps is required for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streams. We cannot be held responsible for playback problems caused by your internet connection, your equipment, or restrictions imposed by your internet provider.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel line-ups and VOD libraries change over time as third-party sources change, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain available for the duration of your subscription.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund where these terms are breached, where credentials are shared beyond the purchased device limit, or where we detect fraudulent activity or a chargeback.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
